Order Modifications and Cancellations
To modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the specific change you need. You may request cancellation before the order has been packed or shipped. Such requests are subject to review and are not guaranteed; if approved, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Furthermore, any order that has already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled. If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery according to the return policy.
